Product Emails Rebrand

At Amex GBT, part of the rebranding process required to improve the emails products design visual.

I confronted the emails and noticed the inconsistent use of fonts, components and colours. I broke the emails in sections and components, improving the user interface making sure a consistent design was applied across all the emails.

The rounds of User Testing let me understand what visual improvements needed on all the emails.

After submitting a travel request, the user received an approval email from the travel manager.
